Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Advance Booking: To secure a photography session, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled session. Scheduling: Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for optimal availability. Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the deposit is received. Please review all details and notify us of any corrections. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date to receive a partial refund (50% of the deposit). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we require at least 14 days' notice. A new date will be subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply. Photographer Cancellation: In the rare event we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or assist in rescheduling your session. Waitlist Policy Availability: If we are fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. We will contact you if an opening becomes available. Notification: Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We will notify you at least 48 hours before the available date. Acceptance: To secure a spot from the waitlist, you must confirm your availability and provide a deposit within 24 hours of notification. These policies help ensure clarity and fairness in managing bookings, cancellations, and waitlists for our photography services.
